I own eight small rental buildings in the SF Bay Area. When a unit turns, my maintenance guy sends me a phone photo — slightly askew, lights off, maybe a paint bucket still in frame.
Hiring a photographer for a standard 1BR turn felt like overkill. Editing them myself took longer than the turn. So I built a workflow that ranks whatever photos I already have, tells me what to reshoot, and fixes the ones worth keeping.

How long does it take?+
Most orders complete in under 10 minutes from upload to delivered audit + edits. Larger orders (Full Listing Kit with up to 30 photos + floor plan) may take up to 25 minutes. You'll see live status on the results page and get an email when it's done.

What if the edits don't look right?+

Do you take iPhone HEIC photos?+
Yes. We convert HEIC to JPEG and strip EXIF metadata (no GPS leaks) on upload.
